Fitbit Stopped Tracking Floors

Worked fine before but has registered 0 for 5 days which is not accurate.

Fitbit stopped tracking floors.

Is there any way to manually ad the flights of stairs or has anyone else had a proble. It has worked wonderfully until this morning. I have gone up 5 flights of stairs which it has registerd daily. Suddenly one day it stopped recording floors climbed.

I have read quite a few forums regarding this issue. I restarted my fitbit several times restarted my phone updated the firmware currently at 22 55 02 and blew compressed air into the atmospheric sensor opening from a distance to. Everything else still seems to be working. It was tracking floors very consistently up until a couple weeks ago when it stopped logging floors completely.

Usaf larry is right that if the altimeter is blocked then your tracker won t be able to detect the variances in atmospheric pressure so it won t detect your climbed floors you can use compressed air at a distance to clear this area and you can also try restarting your tracker by doing the following. I was able to get in touch with our support team and was told that they assisted you via email. So far i made sure i had the latest firmware 8 200 3 i reset the device several times made. My charge 2 stopped tracking my floors about a week ago. Every day now reads 0 for floors climbed.

Today it is only showing that i have climbed one.
